The guys are amazing! Love that they fixed my custom laptop and they did such an amazing job, I took my Alienware Area 51 desktop in. Wow the PCI Bus error went away with a deep cleaning and looks and sounds new! These guys are amazing and they constantly are in communication with you and they speak Spanish too! My son broke the screen on his Nintendo Switch. I took it to PC Tech Stores & they had it fixed in about an hour for a reasonable price. I can’t recommend them enough!!! 5 Stars all the way!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Amazing customer service! My daughter broke her iPhone, he had it fixed in 10 minutes (a lot faster than anyone I’ve been before). Screen stopped working the next day and he took it right in at no charge. That dude is awesome. I’ll definitely go back for any tech issues in the future.

Brian was very polite and knowledgeable of the product he worked on for me. I needed a new hdmi for PS5, other places had one week to two week wait time while Brian was the same day fix. Dropped off console at 1130, fixed by 230! Even extended care knowledge to make sure my ps5 runs smoothly.

Call PC tech at the 11th hour as we were leaving the following day to move my son out of state. He is a gamer and we bumped into a major PC issue. Not only were they able to get us in right away, they were professional and cost effective. I honestly cannot say enough good things – I just wished I had found them sooner!
